The purpose of Well-being Wednesdays is to prioritize and promote the overall well-being of our students, staff, and school community. These designated days provide an opportunity for everyone to take a break from the regular academic routine and focus on activities and practices that enhance their mental, emotional, and physical health. Well-being Wednesdays aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can engage in self-care, relaxation, and personal growth. By dedicating a specific day to well-being, we acknowledge the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between academic pursuits and the overall wellness of our community members.
